In 1922, Lucien ROSSMANN creates a packaging company in Strasbourg

On February 22, 1979, Bernard ROSSMANN takes control of SOFPO (Exideuil), first corrugated cardboard production company in France. The construction of the Group is launched

In 1985 Bernard ROSSMANN becomes President of CHARFA Group

He takes control over corrugated board branch including CELTA, SICAL & VALSCIUS in 1988 as well as 3 factories in West Africa

From 1990 onwards, our Group invests in Eastern Europe: Romania and Poland

In 2022, our Group celebrates its 100th anniversary

2 Presidents for 1 century is a unique achievement
in the industrial history of France
